For a free no obligation discussion with one of our mediators please contact us by phone or email.   One of our mediators will discuss the case with you.  If appropriate, we will contact the other parties to the dispute and ask them if they are prepared to mediate.

If it appears that all parties are willing to mediate the mediator will advise on an appropriate venue and discuss dates with the parties.  

For cases of a commercial nature, fees start from £75 per hour per party.  A non refundable administration fee of £100 is payable on formal  instruction by the parties.  There is usually no charge for preparation though prior to booking the venue the mediator will ask for a deposit which will only be returned if the mediator is given 5 clear days notice of a cancellation or postponement.
