CMDS is an association of mediators based in London and the South East of England. All our mediators hold nationally recognised mediation qualifications and are experienced in conducting a wide range of mediations from commercial and boundary disputes to employment cases.
In addition to their general commercial experience many of our mediators have a medical or medico/legal background which enables them to bring a helpful understanding of the healthcare environment to the table in healthcare related disputes.

In addition to receiving private instructions, CMDS has been a provider to the National Mediation Helpline since June 2008. Since joining the helpline CMDS has successfully mediated a wide range of general commercial matters, details of some of these can be found on our case studies page.
